Liverpool: The Greatest English Team

Well I don’t have to talk much to make people realise that Liverpool is the greatest English team ever. We have won the premiership league title 18 times, the European title (Champion’s league) 5 times, the fa cup and the community shield 15 times. Now these are just some of the things that make Liverpool so great but you can’t forget the players because you can’t have a team without them. But you can't forget the one thing that makes Liverpool so great and that's of course the managers from the late Bill Shankly to Rafael Benitez. Liverpool are also known the most infamous night and that is of course the night in Istanbul the 5th time we won the European cup. We were down 3-0 at the half and within 6 minutes we tied it up to 3-3 and to later win it with penalties. But what happened the next year almost the same thing at Cardiff we were down 3-2 and in the dieing seconds Stevie G scored the most amazing goal in fa cup history to tie it up and later have us win the fa cup in penalties. So as I end this blog all I have to say is Liverpool is and will be the greatest English team ever.

Can Liverpool take over Chelsea this season?

This weekend we play Chelsea for the 3rd time since august we have beat them 2-1(community shield) and they have beat us 1-0(Premiership) now after both of these results I think we can beat them. Now chelsea have alot of problems lately will mourinoho leave this season? and why is shevchenko not scoring? and that will be on everybody's minds or at least some people minds coming into this match on saturday. if liverpool beat chelsea this weekend i beleive we have a huge chance to move up into 2nd place. Now i know what alot of people think and this mostly coming from people i know and that is they think liverpool can't come into 2nd place and they think this is because we have been knocked out of the carling cup and the fa cup in the span of a couple of days and they say Liverpool cant get that 6-3 defeat out of their minds. what i have to say is that let that behind us and look forward to the future hey maybe we wont win this weekend but even if we dont we should still have a chance of coming in 2nd maybe even 1st god forbid manchester ever lose a game this season. Last season we had 82 points and that was our highest ever in the premiership so why cant we do that this season win the next couple of games hey maybe try and not lose a game for the rest of the season. all i have to say is i want to see Liverpool lift the trophy and maybe that can happen if liverpool beat chelsea this weekend.
